The Gender Benders have compiled an electronic SC Name Change document that can auto-fill most of the forms for you.  In order to step through the electronic name change process, please start with following either the PC or Mac instructions below.

Name change resources for other states

On a regular basis we offer name change assistance for South Carolina and North Carolina, with assistance for other states being offered at special events like Camp GB. The National Center for Trans Equality has a very helpful ID Document Center with additional resources for other states.
